This is a healthy dish with important meal nutrients like carbohydrates, vitamins and protein to start your day. You can prepare this easy recipe in a few minutes and have it at any time of the day to satisfy your food craving. With the addition of hemp hearts, it becomes more tasty and nutritious.


 PREP TIME: 20 minutes   COOK TIME: 10 minutes   READY IN: 30 minutes 



  • 80 to 100 grams ice berg lettuce
  • 4 pieces olives
  • 10 pieces of bread cutons
  • I big spoon of cheese
  • 2 big spoons of mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon salt pepper
  • 1 big spoon Hemp oil
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp hearts
  • Cream parmesan cheese (for dressing)



  1. First, take a big bowl and mix chopped lettuce and bread cutons there. Add salt and pepper to that.
  2. Make the dressing in a separate place and add the other ingredients. 
  3. At last, add 1 spoon of hemp oil and 1 spoon of hemp hearts in that and serve. 


Chef’s tip

The dressing is important for this salad. So add the oil to your dressing sincerely to make it perfect.
