Falafel wrap
This middle- eastern, mouthwatering dish is versatile to make. You can put anything in a falafel wrap of your choice, from different types of vegetables to chicken, meat, etc. However, in the classical style, it has chickpeas as the main ingredient.

Ingredients
For Hummus
- 200 grams Kabuli Chana
- 2 full spoons of thina paste
- ½ teaspoon salt pepper
- 2 full spoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoon hemp oil
- 2 teaspoon hemp hearts
- For Falafel
- 200 grams Kabuli chana
- 30 gms parsley
- 50 gms coriander
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt pepper
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- 2 pieces of green chili
Directions
- For making Tikki, soak Kabuli chana in water for at least 4 hours. Then rinse it, dry it and pour it into the mixer. Along with this, add coriander and onions and make a smooth paste. Refrigerate the paste for an hour.
- After an hour, add baking soda to this paste. Take small portions and create an oval shape. Then fry this tikkis until they are golden brown.
- For the hummus, pour boiled chana into a mixer and slowly add olive oil to it to make it creamy, and add salt.
- Now take a totela bread, and spread hummus over it. Then add onion, tomato, capsicum, salt, pepper, chat masala, and scrambled Tikki. Spread chili powder and chopped chilli over it. Also, add hemp oil and hemp hearts to it. Then close the wrap and grill it for 2 mins in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.
Chef’s tip
To make the tikkis delicious, you can add any herb of your choice.
