This fast food is everyone’s favorite. And it is also easy to make at home. 


PREP TIME: 30 minutes   COOK TIME: 15 minutes READY IN: 45minutes  



  • 100 gms carrot
  • 50 gms beans
  • 60 gms cauliflower
  • 150 gms bell pepper
  • 1 piece of green chili
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion
  • 150 gms boiled potato (grated)
  • 3 spoons of refined oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • Maida
  • Cornflower 



  1. Add all chopped vegetables and grated boiled potato together. 
  2. Then add maida and cornflour to this mixture. Take small portions and shape them into flat discs. Deep fry those discs in oil.
  3. Toast bread slightly with butter.
  4. Place the patty, lettuce, onion, and cucumber on top of it. Then add hemp hearts on top and serve. 


Chef’s tip

Make a fresh mixture of vegetables and potatoes every time you make a burger. You can add your favorite sauce or chutney to get that extra spice also.
