Shipping & Returns

Shipping
All orders are shipped from our workshop in Kolkata. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking link upon dispatch.
Orders are shipped within 4–5 working days. During sale periods, dispatch timelines may extend to 7–8 working days.
India: Free shipping on orders above INR 3000. Delivery takes 2–3 days post dispatch.
International: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by location. Duties and customs charges, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by writing to reachus@thohemp.com. Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days via the original mode of payment.

Returns & Exchanges
As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns.
We do offer size exchanges in case of a fit issue. Since detailed size charts are available on our website to guide your purchase, all shipping costs involved in exchanges (return and reshipment) are to be borne by the customer. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
We recommend referring to our size guide or contacting us before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Damaged Products
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund after verification. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Sale & Custom Orders
Items purchased during sale or at special pricing are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or alterations.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective.
