Shipping policy

Our orders are shipped from our workshop in 2A Golam Jilani Khan Road, Kolkata 700039. All payments are accepted via Stripe.

As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.

Orders are shipped within 10-12 working days of order placement. Orders placed during sale take 12-15 working days to ship from the date of order placement. International shipping time may vary based on your location. 

Shipping within India

We offer free shipping over the bill value INR 3000. Once your order is shipped please allow us 2-3 days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

 International Shipping

We ship worldwide at a flat rate that is calculated based on weight of the order.

 You will see the final shipping at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Please also note that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We cannot control these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be. Please do note The House of Hemp does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.
