The House of Hemp was born in Kolkata in 2021 out of one simple frustration — sustainable fashion was safe, beige, and forgettable.

We changed that.
Founded by designer and creative director Rashmi Agarwalla Somani, The House of Hemp is built on the belief that conscious clothing should be the most exciting thing in your wardrobe — not a compromise.

Every garment begins with GOTS-certified hemp yarn — one of the most sustainable fibres on earth — and is transformed by our in-house team of artisans into something you'll wear for years and reach for every time.
